D
Written by Daria Nasedkina

Course settings let you manage various attributes of your training courses. For example, you can set the pass mark or define the training interval for each course individually.

How to access course settings

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. In the Courses section, click Course settings.

  3. Click a course to open its settings.

Enrolment method

Determines whether a course automatically enrols all users, or whether users must be enrolled onto it by an administrator. See How do I change a course's enrolment method?

Mandatory videos

Controls whether users can use the timeline slider to skip through videos during a training session. See How do I prevent or allow video skipping?

Certificate & test settings

Set the percentage pass score for the course test. See How do I set a course pass mark?

Custom content settings

Here you can customise certificates by adding extra text, or update the course completion message displayed at the end of the training. See How do I customise course content?

Linked documents & policies

Here you can link your company's resources that you'd like users to view, or that are required reading as part of the course. For example, you can add your organisation's instructions on how to raise a fire alarm to the Fire Awareness course. See How do I add a document or a policy?

Bulk editing course settings

To change settings for several courses at once, see How do I edit course settings in bulk?
