Global settings control the general behaviour of your LMS — how training runs, what appears on certificates and tests, what learners see in the course library, and which features are visible. They're organised into four sections, each covered below with links to the detailed guides.

Control how training sessions work: set renewal intervals, decide whether learners can retrain mid-interval, allow or prevent video skipping, and opt in or out of the eLearning Challenge.

Decide how tests are scored and what appears on learners' certificates — including pass marks, test scores, expiry dates, images, and whether learners can access certificates at all.

Choose whether learners can browse the full iHasco course library or only the courses you've enrolled them on.

Turn specific features on or off for learners and administrators, such as language preferences, Insights, SCORM users and results, and admin user notes.
