The Pass Mark defines the percentage score required to pass a course test. By default, it's set to 60%.
You can configure it globally (for all courses) or for individual courses. When both are set, the individual course setting overrides the global one.
Note: The pass mark can be changed, but it won't retroactively affect the completion status of users who have already completed the course.

How to set the global pass mark
Go to Settings.
In the GENERAL section, click Global settings.
In the CERTIFICATES & TESTS section find Pass mark and click the arrow to show the menu:
To disable the pass mark, select Off.
To use the recommended score, select Default value (60%).
To set your own pass mark, select Choose value and enter it.
Click Save changes.
How to set the pass mark for an individual course
Go to Settings.
In the COURSES card, click Course settings.
In the list of courses, click the course title you want to change.
In the GENERAL section find Pass mark and click the arrow to show the menu:
To disable the pass mark, select Off.
To use the recommended score, select Client default (60%).
To set your own pass mark, select Choose value and enter it.
Click Save changes.
