What the test is
All training courses end with a test of 10 to 20 multiple-choice questions. To pass, your score must meet or exceed the pass mark set by your organisation.
Some courses include practice questions at the end of training slides to reinforce your understanding. These aren't part of the final test.
Before the test
When you finish the course, you're invited to start the test. The page shows:
The number of questions.
The pass mark.
Start test button to start the course. You can also exit the test and get back to it later.
Note: There's no time limit on tests, but you'll need to finish in one go — if you stop partway through, your progress is lost and you'll have to start over.
During the test
Questions are shown one at a time.
After you select an answer, the result appears immediately.
Click Continue to move to the next question.
If an answer is incorrect, you can exit the test, review the relevant training section. Keep in mind, that your progress will not be saved and you will need to restart the course.
After the test
Your score is displayed as soon as you finish.
If you pass: you can view and print your certificate, then exit the course (if applicable). See How do I download/print my certificate?
If you fail: you can review the training material and retake the test when you feel ready.

No. If you stop before completing the test, your answers are lost and you'll need to start over. Make sure you have enough time before you begin.
