How do I view my training progress?

Overview

There are two places to check your training progress: My Learning (a quick view of each course's status) and History & certificates (a fuller record including dates and test results).

Training progress in "My Learning"

Go to My Learning tab from the menu bar at the top of the page to show all your assigned courses.

Each course card shows the current status of the course:

Course statuses are explained below:

Course status

What the status means

You haven't started this course.

You've started but not completed this course.

You've completed and passed the test for this course.

You've failed the test and need to repeat the course and test again.

You've completed and passed, but need to repeat the course before the expiry date to stay compliant.

You've completed and passed, but your training has expired and you're no longer compliant. Repeat the course immediately to regain compliance.

Training progress in "History & certificates"

Go to History & certificates page from the menu at the bottom of the page to show your training history.

Here you can find all your courses that are In progress, Passed, Expired, or Failed, along with the date last accessed and your test results.

FAQ

My course says Expired — what do I need to do?

An Expired status means your training is no longer valid and you're not currently compliant. Retake the course as soon as possible to regain compliance.

What's the difference between "Expiring" and "Expired"?

A course approaching its renewal date prompts you to retake it before the expiry date so you stay compliant. Once the date passes, the status becomes Expired and you're no longer compliant until you retake it.

I passed a course but it's showing as Failed — why?

A Failed status means you didn't reach the pass mark on the test. You'll need to repeat the course and take the test again. If you believe this is wrong, contact your training administrator.
