Overview
If you're using SCORM packages to access iHasco training in a third-party LMS, you can choose whether to hide or show those learners' training results in your iHasco Atlas account. For background on SCORM, see What is a course SCORM package?
Step-by-step instructions
Go to Settings.
In the General sectionon the left, click Global settings.
Scroll down to the Visibility section, find SCORM user/results and choose to hide or show them:
To hide SCORM users and results, select the check box.
To show SCORM users and results, clear the check box.
Click Save changes.
Note: We store the minimum information necessary to track training usage and results. No personal information is passed to our LMS.
When you choose to show SCORM users and results in Atlas, they're identified with the following anonymous format:
Noemail + [ scormid ] - [ clientid ] @example.com
This is an anonymous identifier for the corresponding user in your third-party LMS.

SCORM users are shown with an anonymous identifier (in the format Noemail + [scormid] - [clientid] @example.com) rather than personal details, because no personal information is passed to our LMS. Each identifier corresponds to a user in your third-party LMS.
Does hiding SCORM users affect credit tracking?
Does hiding SCORM users affect credit tracking?
No. Hiding only changes what's shown in your Atlas account. Usage is still recorded so credits are tracked correctly.
