Classroom Training mode is a blended-learning approach that lets you gather staff into one room and have the group complete the training session under your supervision.
This feature gives you access to both the test papers and answers, so tests can be completed once the session has finished. The results can then be imported and stored in Atlas. To learn more, see Our Classroom Mode Training Feature | iHasco.
Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Before running a course
Get a trainer's licence.
Get test papers for classroom training.
Get a classroom ready for the training:
Find a room you can use for face-to-face classroom-based training, making sure all participants can see the screen.
If using a projector or interactive whiteboard, check its connection to the device running Atlas.
Print out the test papers (if applicable.)
Step 2: Launch the course in classroom mode
Click the Course library tab on the left-side menu.
Go to the My courses tab.
Find the course you wish to launch.
Click Classroom mode.
The trainer controls the video player and clicks through each section of the course.
Step 3: Set the test
Once the training course has finished, distribute the test papers. After users submit their papers, the trainer marks the answers and calculates each user's final score as a percentage.
Step 4: Add the results to the LMS
Note: Certificates can't be issued without adding results to the LMS.
