Administrator profiles determine what an administrator can see and do in Atlas. Each profile grants a different level of access, so you can match each person's rights to their role. This article explains the profiles available and how segment administrators differ from full administrators.
⚠ Profile names differ slightly depending on which login page you use - check yours before you start.

Write Admin: everything a full admin can do, plus add and update users and send emails.
Full Admin: everything a write admin can do, plus modify settings and add other administrators.
Account Owner: the highest level — full access to all platform features, including billing and SSO. Only one user can hold this role.

The profiles below are listed from the lowest level of access to the highest. Each one can do everything the profile before it can, plus more:
Training Reporter: view users and their results.
Training Coordinator: everything a Reporter can do, plus add and update users and send emails.
Training Administrator: everything a Coordinator can do, plus modify settings and add other administrators.
Training Service Owner: the highest level — full access to all platform features, including billing and SSO. Only one user can hold this role.
Note: If you assign more than one admin profile to a user, only the highest level of access applies — the others have no effect. Assign a single profile to keep things clear.
Segment administrators
If you use organisational segments, you can create segment administrators. A segment administrator's access is restricted to the users within their assigned segment — they can't see or manage anyone outside it. Their profile still sets what actions they can take; the segment simply controls which users those actions apply to.
Note: A segment admin can manage only one segment, but a segment can have several admins.
