Overview
An administrator's access rights are set by the user profile assigned to them. You can add or remove rights, or change someone's profile entirely, from their user record. Only Training Administrators and a Training Service Owner can assign, change, or remove administrator rights for other users.
Step-by-step instructions
Go to your Atlas admin page.
Click Users in the left-hand menu.
Use the search bar to find the user, then click the three dots in the Actions column and select View/Edit User Details.
Scroll down to Access rights and:
To remove the rights, click the X next to its title. To add rights, select the appropriate admin profile from the list.
To make the user a segment administrator, assign a segment as well: click the arrow in the segment field to show the list and select one.
Click Save details.
Note: After you update a user's profile, they need to log out and log back in for the changes to take effect. To understand what each profile can do, see What administrator profiles exist?
