Overview
The Training Service Owner is the administrator with the highest level of access — full control of all platform features. Only one person can hold this role at a time. To transfer it, the current owner gives Training Service Owner rights to another user, which makes that user the new owner.
Note: Only one user can be the Training Service Owner at a time.
Step-by-step instructions
Go to your Atlas admin page.
Click Users in the left-hand menu.
Use the search bar to find the user you want to make the new Training Service Owner, then click the three dots in the Actions column and select View/Edit User Details.
Scroll down to Access rights and assign the Training Service Owner user type.
Click Save changes. This transfers ownership — the new user becomes the Training Service Owner.
