Overview
You can remove someone's administrator access without affecting their learner status. You do this by changing their user profile back to Learner only — they keep their account and training history, but lose all admin permissions.
Step-by-step instructions
Go to your Atlas admin page.
Click Users in the left-hand menu.
Use the search bar to find the user, then click the three dots in the Actions column and select View/Edit User Details.
Scroll down to Access rights.
Unselect the admin user types in the field, and select Learner so the user keeps access to their learner profile.
Click Save changes.
