How do I log in as a specific user?

An administrator can sign in as a specific learner. This is useful in two situations:

  • Troubleshooting issues: sign in as a learner to troubleshoot and resolve problems when something isn't working as intended.

  • Assisting learners without a device: if a learner doesn't have access to their own device, an admin can log into the learner's account from their own device so the learner can complete their training. This removes the need for the learner to manage credentials or the log in process.

Step-by-step instructions

⚠ The steps below depend on how you log in — check yours before you start.

Look at the web address you use to log in:

If you log in at atlas-hub.co.uk

  1. Go to Enrolments.

  2. Find the user and click their email to open their profile.

  3. In the section showing their name on the left, click the three-dot menu and select Sign-in as user. This opens the learner's My Learning Welcome page.

  4. When you've finished, log out of the learner's Atlas account.
