You can turn Two Factor Authentication on or off for your LMS. When it's on, users are asked for a passcode when logging in from a device we don't recognise.
Note: Two Factor Authentication is ON by default, and we strongly recommend keeping it enabled. To learn what it is, see What is Two Factor Authentication?
Receiving your passcode
The passcode is sent to the email address associated with your username. You'll normally receive it within moments, though it can take a few minutes at busy times.
If you don't receive it within a few minutes:
Check your spam folder.
Make sure the iHasco email addresses are on your email allowlist. See What email addresses do I need to add to my email allowlist?
You can generate a new passcode by returning to the login screen and trying again.
