If you've forgotten your Atlas password, you can reset it yourself. How you do this depends on which web address you use to log in.
Step-by-step instructions
⚠ The steps below depend on how you log in — check yours before you start.
Look at the web address you use to log in:
Log in at atlas-hub.co.uk? Open the atlas-hub.co.uk section below.
Log in at app.ihasco.co.uk? Open the app.ihasco.co.uk section below.

If you use a username to log in
If you've forgotten your username or password, tell your training administrator and they'll reset them for you.
Log in at www.atlas-hub.co.uk as usual.
If you use your email address to log in (desktop)
Go to www.atlas-hub.co.uk on your desktop.
Click Reset Password on the login screen.
Enter your email and click Continue.
You'll receive an email from [email protected] with a verification code.
Copy the code.
Return to the browser, enter the code, and create a new password.
Log in using your email and new password.
If you use your email address to log in (mobile)
Open Chrome or Safari on your phone and go to www.atlas-hub.co.uk.
Tap Reset Password on the login screen.
Enter your email address. Atlas sends you an email with a code in it, from [email protected].
Open your email app and find the email. Copy the code, or write it down.
Go back to Chrome or Safari, enter the code, and create a new password.
Log in using your email and new password.
Why start in Chrome or Safari? At step 4 you leave the reset page to fetch your code from your email app. When you come back at step 5, you need that page to still be there. If you started in Chrome or Safari, it will be — just switch back to it and carry on. If you'd instead tapped a link that opened the page inside another app (like your email or Teams), that page can close while you're away, and you'd have to start over.
If you don't receive the email
If you typed your email correctly and still don't receive an email from Atlas:
Check your junk/spam folder — password emails usually come from [email protected].
If you still can't find the email, report the problem to your training administrator.
