How you log in depends on which web address you use to access Atlas. Check the address you go to, then follow the matching section below. Within each, the steps also depend on whether your account uses your email address or a username.

Option 1: Log in with your email address
Logging in for the first time
Open the welcome email sent from [email protected] and click the link to set up your password.
Once your password is set, you'll be taken to your account — you're ready to go.
Logging in after that
Go to https://www.atlas-hub.co.uk.
Enter your email address and password on the login screen.
If you haven't received the welcome email, check your spam folder. Emails come from [email protected].
Option 2: Log in with a username and password
Go to https://atlas-hub.co.uk.
Enter your username and temporary password (provided by your training administrator).
When prompted, enter and confirm a new password, following the rules shown on the page.
Click Reset Password.
Scroll down, accept the terms and conditions, and click Continue.
Note: If you don't remember your username or password, reach out to your training administrator for support.

Go to https://app.ihasco.co.uk/ to show the Account recovery & log-in window.
Enter your email address and click Confirm.
You should receive an email, follow its instructions to log in.
