If you no longer want people creating their own accounts through your registration link, you can switch self-registration off at any time. Once disabled, the link stops working — so anyone who still needs an account will have to be added by an admin.
Step-by-step instructions

Look at the web address you use to log in:

Log in at app.ihasco.co.uk? Open the app.ihasco.co.uk section below.

Go to Users in the left-hand menu.
Click the three dots on the right, then select Configure Self Registration.
Select Off.
Note: If you turn self-registration back on later, the link changes — so remember to update any communications that include the old link.
If you log in at app.ihasco.co.uk
If you log in at app.ihasco.co.uk
Go to Settings.
In the Advanced section, click Security.
In the Registration & login section, click the Registration method dropdown and choose Manual registration / import by LMS administrator.
