If you use an enrolment method of Self registration or Moderated self registration, learners register themselves with Atlas using their email address. With Email domain lock, you can restrict which email addresses learners can use to register — for example, ensuring they register with their work email address.

Note: This doesn't prevent an administrator from manually adding users with any email address. Changes take effect immediately.
Step-by-step instructions
To enable Email domain lock:
Go to Settings.
In the Advanced section, click Security.
In the Registration & login section, select the Email domain lock check box.
In the Email domain box, type your organisation's domain — for example, organisation.co.uk or organisation.com.
Click Save changes.
To disable Email domain lock:
Go to Settings.
In the Advanced section, click Security.
In the Registration & login section, unselect the Email domain lock check box.
Click Save changes.
