If a user is locked out or has forgotten their password, you can reset it for them.
Step-by-step instructions
Go to Users.
Use the search bar to find the user who needs their password reset.
Click the three dots in the Actions column on the right of their row and select View/Edit User Details.
Click Reset password in the top-right corner.
If the user signs in with an email address, click Send email. The user receives a reset link to complete the process themselves.
If the user signs in with a username, enter a new temporary password and confirm it in the field below, click Save, then share the new password with the user, as the system can't contact them directly.
