If a user needs to sign in with a username instead of an email address — for example, they've left a role that used a work email, or they no longer have access to that inbox — the change has to be made by the iHasco support team. Administrators can't switch a user from email to username themselves.

Need to go the other way? To change a sign-in method from username to email, see How do I change a user's sign-in method from username to email?

To understand the two sign-in methods, see What sign-in methods are available?

How to request the change

Message us using the bot in the bottom-right corner of the screen. To help us action your request quickly, please include:

  • The name of the user whose sign-in method you want to change

  • The username you'd like them to use to sign in (if you have a preference)

Note: Once the change is made, the user signs in with their username and password instead of their email address. Their training records and results aren't affected.

FAQ

Why can't I make this change myself?
