Most lockouts clear on their own or can be fixed by resetting your password, so it's worth trying the self-serve steps first. See I've been locked out — what does it mean and how do I fix it?
This article covers the few situations where you should contact support instead.
When to contact support
Get in touch with support if any of the following apply:
You're still locked out with the correct password. You've waited for the lockout to expire and reset your password, but a legitimate account still can't log in.
You suspect malicious access attempts. There are clear signs someone is trying to break into an account (for example, repeated lockouts you can't account for).
You need the lockout duration adjusted. This can only be changed by support.
Note: Support can manually unlock an account, but this is reserved for genuine cases where a user faces repeated lockouts despite correct login attempts. If you're simply waiting out a normal lockout, it will clear on its own — see I've been locked out — what does it mean and how do I fix it?
