Your obligation to retain training records
As an employer, you have an obligation to retain records of your employees' workplace training. If you no longer have an agreement with us, we can't hold those records on your behalf, so it's important to download everything you need before your agreement ends. You will have access up to 11:59pm on the last date of your agreement.
Download your course results
You can download results for individual courses as a CSV file, which can be easily transferred to a new provider.
