Overview
You can export assessment data in two formats: CSV (for bulk or individual data) and PDF (for individual learners only). This article covers both.
Exporting as CSV
Use this for bulk or individual data export.
Click the Course library tab in the menu.
Click the Assessments tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
Apply filters to find the data you want — see How do I filter assessments?
Click the Export button on the right of the assessment status tabs to open the Export Assessment data window.
Select Export data.
A link to the export is emailed to you. You can also download it from the Jobs complete list in the top-right corner.
The CSV is saved to your local downloads folder. You can open it in an application like Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or Google Sheets to analyse the data.
Exporting as PDF
Use this for an individual learner only.
Click the Course library tab in the menu.
Click the Assessments tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
Find the learner by filtering — see How do I filter assessments?
Click the Open button on the right of the learner's details to show the assessment.
Click the PDF icon on the right.
