How do I set an assessment label?

D
Written by Daria Nasedkina

Overview

An assessment label describes the environment being assessed. For example, a learner might complete several assessments for different work areas, such as the office, the warehouse, and a delivery vehicle.

  • If labels are set, the learner must choose a label from the list for every assessment they complete.

  • If labels aren't set, the default is Free text, so the learner can type any description they choose.

You can edit the list of labels at any time.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Click the Settings tab in the side menu, or the ⚙ Settings icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Find the Add-Ons section and click Assessment settings.

  3. In the Topic settings section, find the assessment you want to change and click the menu icon on the right of its details.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. In the Labels box, type the labels you want the learner to choose from — one label per line.

  6. Click Save changes.
