The course reports page has many filters to help you find the courses and groups of users you're looking for. The filter locations are shown below.

Filter bar

Segments (if configured):

  1. Find All segments on the Filter bar.

  2. Click the arrow to show the list of segments.

  3. Select a segment from the list to apply your filter.

Courses:

  1. Find All courses on the Filter bar.

  2. Click the arrow to show the list of courses.

  3. Select a course from the list to apply your filter.

Compliance progress bar

  • Move the mouse pointer to the different sections of the Compliance progress bar to show the enrolment stage and the percentage value.

  • Click the different sections of the Compliance progress bar to show the Course reports page with the filters applied.

Tab bar

Click a tab to show courses and learners in that group. A Status button can also be selected to further refine your filter.

Search bar

Profile fields with keywords:

  1. On the Search bar, find Name or email address.

  2. Click the arrow to show the list of profile fields and custom profile fields.

  3. Select a field from the list.

  4. In the box labelled with keyword(s), enter your search text to apply your filter.

Note: You can use the * wildcard character to match any number of characters. For example, typing "P*" in the First name field shows all learners with a first name starting with P or p.

Date range:

  1. On the Search bar, find Date.

  2. Click the arrow to show the options.

  3. Select a date range from the list, or create your own by typing dates into the Start and End boxes.

Column headings bar

Click a column heading to sort into alphabetical or numerical order to refine your search.

Note: To show or hide extra profile fields, click the ellipsis icon (...) in the column headings.

Action bar

  • Once you've applied filters, click the Clear filter button on the right of the Action bar to clear them.

  • Once you select one or more users from the list, the Action button appears. Clicking it opens a menu with various action options.
