Overview
The primary administrator contact is the point of contact shown to users for anything system-related — it's typically used as the sign-off on emails sent from the LMS. By default this is the Training Service Owner, but you can change it to a named contact or to your own free text, such as a link to your support portal.
Step-by-step instructions
Option 1: Set custom contact details
Go to your Atlas admin page.
Click the Settings tab in the top menu bar.
In the General card, click Administrator contact.
Find Use primary contact details and click the arrow to open the list.
Select Use custom contact details.
Enter the name, email address, and telephone number. Email address is required.
Click Save changes.
If you enter both a name and an email address, the name shows as a link to that email address.
Option 2: Use free text
Click the Settings tab in the top menu bar.
In the General card, click Administrator contact.
Find Use primary contact details and click the arrow to open the list.
Select Use free text.
Enter your custom text.
Click Save changes.
Free text is useful if you'd rather list your own support portal or leave out an email address. It can include simple Markdown formatting and must be no more than 120 characters. You can use this editor to help format your text.
