Problem
A user sees Error 19 when trying to log in via a training URL.
Cause
The training URL is incorrect.
Fix
For learners
Copy and paste the URL rather than typing it manually, in case a character was mistyped.
If it still doesn't work, contact your training administrator and ask them to check and resend the correct URL.
For administrators
Verify the training URL and resend the correct one to the learner.
