Overview
Your comments are saved alongside your assessment responses and are visible to your training administrator, so they can address any issues you raise during the assessment.
Who can see your comments
Your training administrator. They can view your comments, print a copy of your assessment, and generate reports that include all comments related to training issues. These reports help them spot patterns and common concerns. For example, if several assessments flag workplace temperature, it may point to a need to review the building's air conditioning.
Only those managing your training. As a rule, only training administrators or people responsible for managing your training can view your comments. For details on how your employer handles assessment comments, see your employer's personal data and privacy policies.
If you'd rather talk to someone
If you don't feel comfortable writing out an issue in the comments, you can leave a short note asking to speak to someone directly — for example: "I need to speak to someone directly about this issue." Your administrator will then follow up with you.
