If a course fails to generate in Course Creator, it's usually down to one of two things: the document is too short, or a PowerPoint file contains an embedded video. Here's how to fix each. For upload requirements, see What content can I upload to Course Creator?
"Document is too small to process"
This means your file doesn't meet the 500-word minimum. Increase the word count and re-upload the file.
To check the word count of a PowerPoint file, go to File → Properties → Statistics.
"PowerPoint course failure due to an embedded video"
This means a PowerPoint course couldn't be generated because the file contains an embedded video, which isn't supported.
Solution: remove the embedded video from the PowerPoint file, save it, and re-upload the updated version.
Note: A Text-based course will still be created from the file, as long as all other requirements are met (such as the 500-word minimum).
