You can download a CSV report of activity in Documents &amp; policies, showing who has viewed or confirmed reading each resource. This is useful for tracking compliance with required reading.

Go to Settings, then Add-Ons, then Documents &amp; policies.

1. Go to Settings, then Add-Ons, then Documents &amp; policies.
2. Click Download report.

The CSV includes learner email, resource filename, activity date and time, and activity type (View or Confirmed read).
