Written by Daria Nasedkina

Overview

You can download and print Documents & policies resources to keep or read offline.

Note: If you can't see Document & polies tab in the menu, your organisation doesn't have any documents or policies for you to review.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Click the Documents & policies tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.

  2. Scroll down the list to find your resource.

  3. Click the arrow on the View box to show the menu.

  4. Select Download.

  5. The resource is saved as a PDF in your local downloads folder.

To print it, open the downloaded PDF in a web browser such as Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, or Google Chrome, then print from there.

Note: The PDF filename may differ from the name shown in Atlas.

FAQ

How do I print a document?

Download it first, then open the PDF in your web browser and use the browser's print option. There's no direct print button in Atlas.

The downloaded file has a different name to the one in Atlas — is that right?

Yes, that's normal. The PDF filename may differ from the resource name shown in Atlas — it's still the same document.

If I download a required document, do I still need to confirm I've read it?

Yes. Downloading a copy doesn't tick the confirmation box. To confirm a required read, view it in Atlas and tick the box there. See How do I view documents and policies?
