How do I add my organisation's branding?

You can add your organisation's branding to the LMS — a logo, accent colour, text colour, dashboard message, and wallpaper.

Each is set on the Branding page, and you should click Save changes after updating each section.

Add a logo

The logo is shown on the register/log-in page, throughout the learner Atlas pages, and on course certificates.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. In the Add-ons section, click Branding.

  3. In the Logo section, click Upload logo.

  4. Find your logo file, select it, and click Open.

  5. To link the logo to your website, type your website URL in the Logo website link box.

  6. Click Save changes.

Note: The image must be at least 100px square, with a file size no greater than 1024KB.

Add an accent colour

The accent colour is used throughout the learner Atlas pages.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. In the Add-ons section, click Branding.

  3. In the Colour section, click the colour bar to show the colour palette and choose your brand colour.

    If you have RGB (Red Green Blue) or HSL (Hue Saturation Luminosity) values for your brand colour, type them into the corresponding boxes on the bottom right.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Check the colour bar shows your brand colour, then click Save changes.

Add a text colour

Choose a light or dark text colour to suit the text shown on top of your accent colour and wallpaper.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. In the Add-ons section, click Branding.

  3. In the Text colour section, select the appropriate colour.

  4. Click Save changes.

Add a message

You can set a message to display on the Atlas dashboard.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. In the Add-ons section, click Branding.

  3. In the Message section add your message in the text box.

    • Optionally, add a link to visit when the message is clicked.

  4. Click Save changes.

Add wallpaper

Wallpaper is shown on the registration/log-in screen and partially on the Atlas dashboard.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. In the Add-ons section, click Branding.

  3. In the Wallpaper section, click Upload.

  4. Find your wallpaper file, select it, and click Open.

  5. Click Preview to see an example of the Atlas screens with your wallpaper applied. To remove, click Clear and choose a different file.

  6. Click Save changes to upload your wallpaper.

Note: We recommend a resolution of 1920px by 1080px, with a file size less than 1MB.
