Certificate access lets users view, print, and download their training certificates directly through the LMS. By default, certificates are shown to users. This is one of the certificate settings.
Step-by-step instructions
Go to Settings.
In the GENERAL section, click Global settings.
In the CERTIFICATES & TESTS section find Certificate access and choose to hide or show:
To show the Certificate access option, select the check box.
To hide the Certificate access option, clear the check box.
Click Save changes.
