How do I change my language preference?

Overview

The default language for the LMS is English (British). You can change it any time, your choice is saved for next sessions.

Note: This may not be possible if your organisation has disabled the language preference feature.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  2. Click ? Language.

  3. Select the language you want from the list.

Note: Training video audio, Resources, and the Course library aren't translated.

FAQ

I changed my language but the video is still in English — why?

Training video audio isn't translated. You can turn on subtitles in your chosen language instead — see How do I use the video controls? — or read along with the transcript.

I can't find the option to change my language — what's wrong?

Your organisation may have disabled the language preference feature. Ask your training administrator if you need the content in another language.

Is content machine translated?

Content that isn't in English may be machine translated and is for assistive purposes only. We can't guarantee the accuracy of translations.
