How do I view all documents and policies linked to a segment?

Overview

You can see all the Documents & policies resources linked to a particular segment from that segment's settings — useful for checking which documents are restricted to that group of learners.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. In the Elsewhere section, click Organisational Segments to show the list of segments.

  3. Click the segment title.

  4. In the Linked Documents & policies section you can see all the resources linked to this segment.
