Overview
Sometimes system emails — such as training reminders or login verification codes — don't get through to your inbox. Usually this is because your company's email system is blocking messages from a sender or domain that isn't on its approved (whitelisted) list.
Check your spam or junk folder
iHasco emails may be filtered there automatically, so check your spam or junk folder first.
Make sure the email address is fully set up
This is a common cause for new employees. We regularly see email failures because the email address simply doesn't exist yet — HR often sets up the Atlas account before IT has finished provisioning the email address.
Whitelist iHasco email addresses
Ask your IT team to add iHasco's email addresses to your "safe senders" list so our emails don't get blocked. If your company uses a shared or corporate address book, they can add the addresses below there too:
