How do I view all links of a resource?

Overview

A resource can be linked to courses and/or organisational segments. From Documents & policies, you can see all the links on a single resource in one place.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Click the Settings tab in the side menu, or the ⚙ Settings icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Find the Add-Ons section and click Documents & policies.

  3. Scroll down to the resource you are interested in.

  4. The total number of course and/or segment links is shown under the Linked heading.

  5. Click the arrow to show the list of linked course and segment names.

  6. Select a name from the list to view or edit that course or segment's settings.

Can I see courses and segments in the same place?

Yes. The Linked heading on each resource totals both, and the list shows course and segment names together.
