As an administrator, you can download a copy of any resource from Documents &amp; policies to view it yourself — for example, to check its content before linking it to a course.

Go to Settings, then Add-Ons, then Documents &amp; policies.

Find the resource and click the menu icon (...).

Open the downloaded PDF in a browser or PDF viewer.

3. Select Download.
4. Open the downloaded PDF in a browser or PDF viewer.

Learners see resources under the Documents &amp; policies tab in their own accounts — they don't need to download them the way administrators do.
